This is the privacy policy for this website, wearepeakfifteen.com. It says what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it. We’ve kept it short.
Who we are
peakfifteen is the trading name of WE ARE PEAK FIFTEEN LTD, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC632619). Our registered office is 3 West Catherine Place, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH12 5HZ.

This policy covers this website only. Sites we build for clients have their own.
If you send us an enquiry
The contact form asks for your name, your email address and what you’d like to talk about, plus a phone number and company name if you want to give them. We keep what you send so we can reply and, if it goes further, talk about the work. You’ll get one automatic email to say it arrived. That’s it: no mailing list, and we don’t pass your details to anyone for marketing. The same goes if you just email us.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who get in touch and, where you’re asking about working together, taking steps at your request before a contract.
How long we keep it: up to three years after our last contact with you. If you become a client, the records we need for the work and our accounts are kept for as long as the law requires.
Spam check on the contact form
When you send the contact form, a check runs in the background to make sure the message isn’t from a bot (Cloudflare Turnstile; very occasionally it asks you to tick a box). It doesn’t set cookies or track you. Cloudflare receives your IP address and some details of your browser for the check only, under its privacy policy.
Analytics
If you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to see, in aggregate, how the site is used. We don’t use it to identify you or for advertising. If you don’t accept, no analytics cookies are set. The cookies are listed in our cookie policy, where you can also change your mind.
The merch shop
The shop on our merch page is run by Spreadshirt. If you buy there you’re dealing with Spreadshirt, under their own privacy policy. We never see your payment details.
Who else sees it
The companies that host this website and run our email handle your information on our instructions, and only to do those jobs. Where one of them processes data outside the UK, it’s covered by safeguards the UK recognises. We don’t sell your information, and we only share it if the law requires us to.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and send you a copy;
- correct it if it’s wrong;
- delete it;
- stop or limit what we do with it, or object to us using it.
Email hello@wearepeakfifteen.com and we’ll sort it out within a month, free of charge. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, tell us first so we can put it right; you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

If we change how we handle information we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
