We worked with Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group and the branding team at Teviot Creative to take Radisson RED from conception to implementation.

Radisson RED’s first hotel launched in Brussels in early 2016 with Minneapolis following in December. We developed a website which was initially used as a ‘proof of concept’ but soon grew to be the primary brand and marketing tool. As more hotels began construction the website rapidly expanded again and became the cornerstone of Radisson RED’s digital presence.

Connectivity was paramount so our integration into the hotel giant’s bespoke enterprise booking engine meant customers could book directly through the site.

The dynamic social walls both in their hotels and on their website pulls in content from all their social accounts, the blog and Spotify. Promotional squares can also be added to link to other areas of the website and hotel offers. The site is also available in six core languages, with additional regional versions to cater to hotel locales, showing how a multilingual site can easily be managed via the CMS.

Content, content, content

Social media is at the forefront of the Radisson RED marketing strategy and the addition of a blog site backed up by a global content creator network that regularly generated new fresh regional content really gave our customers a compelling reason to stick around.

The result

We are a result driven business, the strength of our brand and digital offerings is only as successful as the results it creates, with Radisson RED and our collaboration with ITY Marketing we were able to show directly how our activity and efforts on Social Media were positively affecting bookings at the hotels.

In addition, engagement with the brand through the blog and social channels far exceeded that of the competition consistently week in week out.
